Fillmore Homes is founded by Fillmore resident Mark Stevenson and Mike Peterson.

With over 60 years in combined experience building homes and communities, the pair have brought their experience to Fillmore Utah.

With the recent wave of job opportunities coming to Fillmore, Fillmore Homes is here to not pack in as many houses as they can, but rather implement thoughtful communities that will add to what Fillmore has to offer.
Why Fillmore Utah?
Because Of Fillmore's central location and access to highway i15 and I70, A wave of job opportunities are coming to Fillmore, And with that wave of opportunity will come new members of Fillmore's Community.
Fillmore Is in need of housing with its current population, which leaves New Community members nowhere to live, leaving a negative impact on Businesses providing jobs here in Fillmore,

With this Housing problem Fillmore Homes saw an opportunity to Create Quality communities for these new members to come to and current residents to be a part of. And solve the housing problem before big developers come to pack in as many houses as they can.
